Cybersquatting Good or Bad?

I feel cyber squatting is overall used for bad intent. I feel if someone is not trying to advocate for another company and perhaps help them out and then sell their company domain for more money for the benefit or advancement of another company, then this is something not right to do. If they are not helping the company out for the greater good, then advocating or buying their domain shouldn’t be allowed.

Below are some guidelines to help choose worthy domain holders:

Pick someone is known or accredited and have a nice background about.
Choose reliable advocacies that have positively influenced other companies.
Pick people who are not necessarily in it for the money but to help others which in turn will help themselves
When selling back domain names, reasonable prices should be offered.

I feel that people who cyber squat to benefit themselves solely, or who have demeaning intent should not be allowed to access domain names. If certain things that a company is distributing are unfair or unlawful there are other alternate routes to go about bringing them to justice.
